Refund policy

Returns (14 days)
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email info@cococaramel.nl to request a return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we’ll email instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at your own expense. We do not provide return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@cococaramel.nl if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. You’ll need to return the item in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@cococaramel.nl.
